Cancellation Policy

 

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, on the condition that the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. As soon as the products have been opened and used or if the seal label has been removed I can not exchange or refund your order. Same goes for the soap dishes, oce you have used your soap dish I can not refund or exchange it. 

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the ordered goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must tell me:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your  cancellation form before the cancellation period expires.

In other words, if you wish to return your order please make sure to comply with the following steps:


1. Send me an email stating that you wish to return your order, incl. details  such as the order number and products you wish to return.
2. Make sure the original packaging is still intact and all products you wish to return have not been used. 
3. Return your order via post and make sure it's packed safely. Keep the DHL slip until the refund reflects in your account.

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this payment refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return the items by post

Ask the post office for a receipt or proof of posting. The staff will stamp the posting slip upon posting. You should keep this until you have received your refund. If the package is lost, we can unfortunately only provide a refund if we have received proof of posting.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

General advice

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
