1. INTRODUCTION
The following general terms and conditions regulate the relationship between Maria Tanck and consumers (hereinafter referred to as customers). The terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.greenplanetcosmetics.com and all subdomains related to this domain. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded is decisive. The contract language is available in German and English.
Consumers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are natural persons who enter into a business relationship with Maria Tanck without their commercial or independent professional activity being attributable to them.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The offers from www.greenplanetcosmetics.com on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the soap manufacture shop. By ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Maria Tanck is entitled to accept this offer by sending the goods. The order is confirmed by sending the goods.

3. PAYMENT, DUE DATE, DEFAULT
The goods are paid for in advance, i.e. by direct debit, by credit card or by Paypal. However, you do NOT need to register with PayPal. Payment by cash on delivery is not possible. Maria Tanck reserves the right to accept or reject certain payment methods. If the customer is in default of payment, he/she is responsible for any negligence during this time. He/She is also liable for the performance by accident, unless the damage would have occurred even if the performance had been made in time.

4. DELIVERY
The delivery takes place against the shipping costs indicated when ordering online. If the customer requests a special type of shipment that incurs higher costs, he/she must also bear these additional costs. Any customs duties and import taxes for deliveries abroad are handled and paid by the customer.
I ship the goods with DHL gogreen. At the moment I do not ship to pack stations! If I receive an order that is addressed to a pack station, I will cancel this order.
If you fail to collect your order at the DHL branch in time and DHL therefore returns it to me, I will not bear the costs for re-shipping your order!

5. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of Maria Tanck until full payment has been made. Before the transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer of ownership, processing or transformation is not permitted without the express consent of .
6. PRICING
The respective price stated for the goods is the final price including sales tax at the rate of 19%. The price does not include delivery and shipping costs unless the order is over 120€ for international shipping and 75€ for shippings within Germany. With the update on the Internet, all previous prices given by www.greenplanetcosmetics.com become invalid. The price at the time of the offer is decisive for invoicing.

7. WARRANTY
The legal warranty right applies. Maria Tanck guarantees that the purchased item is free of defects when it is handed over. If the object of purchase is defective when it is handed over, the seller has the choice of whether subsequent performance should be carried out by means of a replacement delivery.

8. LIABILITY CLAUSE
In the case of negligently caused damage to property and financial losses, we and our vicarious agents are only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, but the amount is limited to the damage that was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and is typical of the contract. Material contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment characterizes the contract and on which the customer can rely.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To ensure the quality of the products and to comply with the high hygiene rules, I do not accept returns or exchanges of the goods.

Faulty shipment/ damaged goods
If an order contains incorrect products or if the goods are damaged upon arrival, the customer must contact Maria Tanck immediately by email, but no later than 48 hours after receiving of the goods.
